MX Fitness


Distilled contributor Alan Milway checked in to let us know about his new website, which is dedicated to helping DH and MX athletes reach their potential on race day.

“After some needless neglect, the MX Fitness website has now been completely revamped and updated. I’m back from my summer abroad and back working with the riders. The site is now a very relevant source of fitness training information for both Motocross and Mountain Bike riders.”
